Welcome to Fluffy Tails Pet Grooming. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, appointment scheduling, and website. By requesting services or booking an appointment through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Appointment Booking & Scheduling
All appointment requests submitted online or via messaging are preliminary enquiries. An appointment is confirmed only after mutual review of your pet's needs, available slots, and service prerequisites. We kindly request at least 4 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
2. Pet Health, Vaccination & Safety
To maintain a hygienic and stress-free environment for all pets, clients must disclose all known medical conditions, behavioral tendencies, allergies, or infectious skin conditions prior to grooming. Pets must be up-to-date with essential core vaccinations. We reserve the right to decline or halt a grooming session if an animal shows extreme distress, contagious illness, or aggression that compromises handler or pet safety.
3. In-Centre & Home Visit Policies
In-centre services are conducted at our dedicated facility: Shop No. 13, 2nd Floor, Skandhanshi Shops and Spaces, Bellary Chowrasta Road, Kurnool. For eligible doorstep visits, pet owners must provide a safe, well-lit, and clean area with adequate water and power access.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing for grooming, hygiene, and care packages varies based on pet breed, coat condition, size, and specific service options requested. Exact service estimates are shared transparently prior to initiating work. Payment is due upon completion of services.
5. Veterinary Treatment Coordination
Where consultation or surgical assistance is coordinated, medical treatments are performed by licensed veterinary professionals. Fluffy Tails Pet Grooming assists with client liaison and non-emergency pet wellness support.
